LANCE HURLEY
Executive Director
Lance Hurley began working with Ignite as a new church planter in Manteno, IL after graduating from Lincoln Christian College in 1981. He served as the pastor of the Christian Church of Manteno for 19 years and during this ministry, the church grew from 20 – 250. Since 2001, Ignite has started 26 new churches across Chicagoland. Lance has been married to his wife Darla for 33 years and they have 3 sons and two grandchildren. He enjoys hunting,
riding his motorcycle and spending time with family and friends.
CHUCK RICHARDSON
Director of Operations
Chuck Richardson retired as lead minister of First Christian Church of Morris in 2012 where he and his wife Janice had served 40 years. They have 2
daughters and 5 grandchildren. Chuck received a Bachelors and Master of Divinity degrees from Lincoln Christian University and a Doctor of Ministry
degree from Trinity Evangelical Divinity University. He came to Morris as an evangelist with Ignite (CDEA at that time) and has come full circle after retiring
by joining with Ignite again on a part-time basis.
ROBYN MOES
Treasurer, Administrative Assistant
Robyn is our Treasurer and Administrative Assistant. She holds a B.S. Degree in Business Management and has been working with Ignite since 2005. She and her husband John have been married 26 years and have 2 daughters, 1 son and two grandsons. She enjoys NASCAR, football and coaching youth soccer.
